The villa is well equipped and suitable for families with children or those seeking a quiet retreat. The location is excellent, with two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. The owners are friendly and helpful, making us feel at home.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. The pool area was great for relaxing. The hosts were really helpful and made the check-in process easy. I would highly recommend this villa for a wonderful vacation experience.

We got a fantastic value for our money at Sun & Sand Private Villa. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our family. The location was great, very quiet and close to the beach and walking trails. The staff treated us with great hospitality and were helpful and flexible.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

Good wifi, large TV with satellite channels. Convenient location, 5-min walk to beach, supermarket nearby, and pubs/restaurants within walking distance. Helpful and polite hosts. Excellent value.

We had a fantastic time at this villa! the location was perfect, with a small local beach just a 5, minute walk away. the house was very spacious and well, decorated, with 3 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and the villa included basic supplies like toilet paper and towels. the pool area was a great bonus, with a reasonably sized pool and a small well, maintained garden. the Wifi was excellent, and we enjoyed watching satellite channels on the large TV. it was a comfortable and well, equipped property at a great value.

Who needs a clean pool anyway? I enjoyed getting an ear infection from it, really added to the whole experience.

The villa was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the kitchen was well, equipped, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were large and well, presented. the property also had a lovely pool and a well, maintained garden. We were impressed with the excellent WiFi and the large TV with satellite channels. the hosts were helpful and polite, and the check, in process was easy. it was excellent value for money, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 😊.

The place was super chill and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our squad of party-loving teenagers. Plus, the location was sick - so close to the sickest beaches where we could hang and soak up the sun. The owners were the best too, always there to hook us up and make us feel at home. Our vacay was lit!

I just wish there was a DJ booth or some sick speakers at the villa for us to crank up the tunes and have epic parties. It would've taken our fun to the next level, you know?

We stayed at Sun & Sand Villa for a week and it was amazing. Antonis was very polite and accommodating. The location was excellent - close to great beaches. The villa itself was well-equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, fast internet, and a fantastic private pool. There were plenty of sun loungers, a BBQ area, and even a box with over 30 English channels. great value for money.
